ShiftProof is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps small and mid-sized employers reduce wage-and-hour and scheduling-law exposure by automatically creating an audit-ready “paper trail.” It ingests schedules, time punches, edits, break attestations, and manager approvals from common systems (or manual entry), then flags high-risk patterns: missed breaks, off-the-clock edits, rounding issues, split-shift premiums, predictive scheduling triggers, and inconsistent policy enforcement. The AI layer generates plain-English incident summaries and a defensible timeline of who changed what and when, plus suggested corrective actions and templated employee communications. It also produces exportable reports for counsel, insurers, or internal audits. This is not a legal advice tool; it’s a compliance operations tool designed to make disputes cheaper to prevent and easier to defend with clean evidence.
