ShiftProof is a web + mobile AI app that helps workers reskill by completing short, job-realistic “work samples” and turning them into credible proof for employers. Instead of generic courses, users pick a target role (e.g., data analyst, customer success, IT support) and get a weekly set of tasks that mirror actual day-to-day work: writing a ticket response, building a simple dashboard, drafting a sales follow-up, or troubleshooting a mock incident. The AI coach gives structured feedback, flags gaps, and suggests the next micro-skill to practice. Each completed task becomes a shareable portfolio artifact with a rubric score and a brief “what you did” narrative. Employers can view a candidate’s work samples in a consistent format, reducing reliance on degrees and buzzword-heavy resumes.
