ShiftProof is a mobile + web app that helps facilities teams prove routine work actually happened—without adding pointless paperwork. Staff scan NFC/QR checkpoints (restrooms, exits, mechanical rooms) to start tasks, then capture quick photo evidence and completion notes. The system flags suspicious patterns (impossibly fast rounds, repeated identical photos, missed checkpoints) and generates audit-ready logs for clients, compliance, and internal accountability. Managers get a live dashboard showing coverage by zone, exceptions, and recurring misses, plus simple scheduling for recurring rounds. This is not a full CMMS replacement; it focuses on the “trust gap” in janitorial, security, and safety checks where supervisors can’t be everywhere. It integrates with existing tools via exports and basic APIs, so teams can adopt it without a rip-and-replace project.
