ShiftProof is a mobile + web AI-assisted time-and-pay audit app for hourly workers. Users import schedules, clock-in/out records, paystubs, and tip reports (via photo/PDF/email forward). The app automatically flags likely wage theft and payroll errors: missed meal/rest breaks, unpaid overtime, off-the-clock work, tip pooling violations, rounding abuse, and “forgotten” shift differentials. It generates a plain-English discrepancy report with citations to the user’s state rules (not legal advice), plus a step-by-step script to raise issues with managers or payroll. For repeat problems, it helps users maintain an evidence timeline (messages, photos, location history optional) and exports a clean packet for a labor agency or attorney. Employers won’t love it—but workers will, because it turns confusing pay math into actionable, documented claims without needing spreadsheets or expertise.
