ShiftProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns messy scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll exports into an audit-ready labor compliance trail. It flags high-risk issues like missed meal/rest breaks, predictive scheduling violations, minor-hour restrictions, overtime miscalculation patterns, and incomplete policy acknowledgments—before they become complaints or penalties. Instead of trying to replace your HRIS or payroll, it connects to what you already use (ADP, Paychex, UKG, Workday exports) and continuously reconciles schedules vs. punches vs. pay. It generates plain-English remediation checklists for managers, evidence packets for HR/legal, and a “what changed” log for every fix. It’s an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify rules by jurisdiction and explain findings, but core calculations are deterministic and defensible. Realistically, this wins only if it’s accurate, fast to deploy, and trusted by counsel.
