ShiftProof is a mobile + web AI app for retail stores to reduce time theft, no-shows, and messy shift handoffs using lightweight “proof of presence” and task completion. Staff clock in via a short selfie + liveness check and an in-store geofence (no GPS tracking outside work). Managers get an exception dashboard: late arrivals, early departures, suspicious patterns, and chronic understaffing by hour. The app also includes micro task checklists (opening/closing, cash wrap, fitting rooms) with photo verification for high-risk steps. It integrates with common POS/timekeeping systems so payroll isn’t duplicated. Brutal truth: many retailers already have scheduling tools; this wins only if it measurably cuts labor leakage and manager admin time within 30 days, or it gets ignored.
