ShiftProof is a mobile + web app for families and nannies that creates a tamper-resistant record of childcare shifts: arrival/departure, location, notes, incidents, and parent acknowledgements. The core is simple: the caregiver starts a shift, logs key events (meals, naps, meds, outings), and ends the shift; parents get a clean timeline and can approve hours and reimbursements. It also includes lightweight safety check-ins (scheduled prompts, emergency contact button) and optional “house rules” templates to reduce misunderstandings. This is not a marketplace for hiring—those are brutally competitive and expensive to win. Instead, it’s a trust-and-documentation layer that works with any nanny/babysitter, including referrals and agency placements. An AI assistant can summarize the day into a parent-friendly recap and flag missing info (e.g., medication time not recorded).
