ShiftProof is a mobile + web app that verifies hourly workers are actually on-site when they clock in/out, without expensive hardware. Employees check in using a geofenced QR code plus a short liveness selfie; supervisors get a real-time roster, late/no-show alerts, and exception queues (e.g., “GPS drift,” “camera blocked,” “offline mode”). The system produces audit-ready timesheets and exports to payroll (ADP, Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll) with clear evidence attached to each punch. It’s built for operations teams that are tired of buddy punching, paper sign-in sheets, and managers manually fixing times. This is an AI + traditional app: AI is used only for liveness/anti-spoof checks and anomaly detection, not for “magic” scheduling promises.
