ShiftProof is a mobile + web app for home-care agencies and families to verify that scheduled care visits actually happened, without installing cameras or micromanaging caregivers. Caregivers check in/out with a privacy-first “proof of presence” flow: GPS geofence + time window + optional NFC tag in the home, plus a quick task checklist and notes. Families and agency admins get a clean timeline, missed-visit alerts, and exportable reports for compliance and billing disputes. It’s not trying to replace clinical documentation; it focuses on the single biggest operational pain: no-shows, late arrivals, and he-said/she-said conflicts. The app also supports lightweight incident reporting (falls, medication refused) and a shared contact list for escalation. Realistically, this won’t fix staffing shortages—but it will reduce fraud, improve accountability, and save coordinators hours each week.
