ShiftProof is a mobile + web app that helps hourly workers document time and wage violations with evidence that actually holds up. Users clock in/out with tamper-resistant logs (GPS + device attestation), store schedule screenshots, paystubs, and manager messages, and auto-calculate likely unpaid wages (overtime, missed breaks, off-the-clock work). The app generates a clean “case packet” that can be shared with a labor lawyer, union rep, or labor department, with redaction and anonymity options. It also provides state-specific guidance and a checklist of what to collect—without pretending to be a lawyer. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify documents, extract hours/pay data, and draft a concise incident timeline. The business model is freemium for workers, with paid seats for legal aid clinics and unions to manage intakes.
