ShiftProof is a mobile + web app that helps food brands and suppliers prove worker conditions with verifiable, privacy-preserving evidence. Workers submit short “shift check-ins” (hours worked, breaks, pay issues, safety flags) via low-bandwidth forms or WhatsApp-style chat, optionally with encrypted photo/audio. The system aggregates signals into a supplier-level risk score and a time-stamped compliance trail that brands can share with retailers and auditors. It’s not a feel-good badge app: it’s a lightweight evidence pipeline that reduces audit theater by capturing continuous, on-the-ground data. An AI layer triages reports, detects patterns (e.g., repeated unpaid overtime claims), and flags likely falsification or retaliation risk. Brands get dashboards, corrective-action workflows, and exportable documentation; workers get anonymity options, local-language UX, and clear escalation paths to trusted NGOs/ombuds partners.
