Employees clock in/out on mobile with geofencing, device attestation, and optional short “presence checks” (e.g., a quick selfie liveness or QR scan at a posted location). Managers get anomaly alerts for buddy punching, impossible travel, repeated late starts, and suspicious edits. The system generates an audit trail that’s easy to export for payroll disputes, union grievances, and compliance reviews. It integrates with common payroll systems so teams don’t replace their stack—just reduce leakage and arguments. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for tracking and audit logs; AI for anomaly detection and dispute summarization. Realistically, it sells best to hourly, multi-site operations where even a small reduction in time theft pays for the tool quickly.
