ShiftProof is a web + mobile operations handoff app for teams that run on shifts (manufacturing, logistics, facilities, security, field service). It replaces messy notebooks, group chats, and half-updated spreadsheets with a structured “handoff packet” that must be completed before clock-out: open issues, safety notes, machine status, inventory exceptions, and photos. The app auto-prompts the right checklist based on site, role, and time, then routes unresolved items to the next shift with required acknowledgment. A lightweight AI layer summarizes the last 24 hours into a concise brief, flags recurring issues, and suggests which supervisor should be paged based on severity rules. Managers get a simple dashboard: missed handoffs, chronic bottlenecks, and audit-ready logs. This is not a full CMMS/ERP replacement; it’s a focused layer that makes shift transitions reliable and traceable without heavy implementation.
