ShiftProof is a mobile + web shift scheduling tool built for hourly teams where “I didn’t see the schedule” and last-minute callouts are constant. Managers publish rosters, and each employee must confirm their assigned shifts with a one-tap acknowledgement that’s time-stamped and stored. The app escalates unconfirmed shifts automatically (push/SMS), and if a shift is still unconfirmed, it triggers an internal “open shift” flow to fill it fast. It also captures simple availability rules (can’t work mornings, max hours, school days) and flags violations before publishing. For compliance-heavy workplaces, ShiftProof keeps an exportable audit trail of schedule changes, confirmations, and swap approvals. This isn’t trying to be a full HR suite; it focuses on the painful last mile: making sure people actually see, accept, and show up for shifts.
