ShiftProof is a web + mobile AI-assisted hiring app for hourly and frontline labor markets (retail, warehousing, hospitality, care). Instead of relying on resumes that rarely exist or are inflated, employers send candidates short, job-specific micro-assessments (5–12 minutes) and request instant proof signals: availability, commute range, right-to-work docs, and reference pings. Candidates get a portable “work readiness” profile they can reuse across employers, reducing repetitive applications. Employers see a ranked shortlist with clear pass/fail thresholds and audit trails to reduce bias and improve compliance. The product is realistic: it won’t magically predict performance, but it can cut screening time, reduce no-shows, and standardize evaluation for roles with high turnover. Monetization is per location or per hire, priced for SMBs, with optional integrations to common ATS/payroll tools.
