ShiftProof is a web + desktop app (with optional mobile viewer) that turns messy robot cell events into an auditable, shift-by-shift “what actually happened” record. It ingests logs from common industrial robot controllers and PLCs (via OPC UA/MQTT), normalizes alarms, cycle counts, stops, and operator interventions, and produces a tamper-evident timeline with downtime reasons. Supervisors can approve or correct downtime codes, attach photos/notes, and export OEE-ready summaries to ERP/MES. The AI layer suggests likely root-cause categories (e.g., feeder empty vs. safety gate vs. program fault) based on event patterns, but keeps a strict human-approval workflow to avoid bad automation. This is not a full MES replacement; it’s a narrow, practical “shift truth” system that reduces arguments between production, maintenance, and management and speeds up continuous improvement.
