ShiftProof

ShiftProof is a mobile + web app for disability support providers and families to verify that support-worker visits actually happened, without relying on easily-faked paper timesheets. Workers check in/out using a privacy-first “proof of presence” flow: encrypted GPS radius, optional QR/NFC tag at the home, and a short task confirmation list tailored to the client’s plan. Families/guardians can receive automatic notifications and approve or flag visits. Providers get clean audit trails, exception reports, and payroll-ready exports. This is a traditional app with light AI: anomaly detection highlights suspicious patterns (impossible travel, repeated identical notes, unusually short visits) so admins review the right cases. It’s not glamorous, but it targets a real operational leak: billing disputes, compliance headaches, and fraud risk. The app is designed to be accessible (large text, simple UI) and usable offline for spotty connectivity.
