ShiftPulse
ShiftPulse is a mobile + web app for shift workers who struggle with pacing, fatigue spikes, and inconsistent breaks. It creates a realistic “work rhythm” plan per role (retail, warehouse, nursing support, hospitality) and then nudges users with subtle, timed prompts: micro-breaks, hydration, stretch, task-rotation, and focus blocks that match the actual flow of a shift. Users can log energy and stress in 5 seconds, and the app adapts future pacing recommendations based on patterns (e.g., crash at hour 4, pain flare after heavy lifts, or attention dips after lunch). Managers can optionally publish a shift template (no surveillance features) so teams share a common cadence without tracking individuals. The goal isn’t productivity theater—it’s fewer burnouts, fewer mistakes, and more sustainable shifts. Realistically, adoption will depend on proving it reduces fatigue and feels non-annoying.
