ShiftPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for frontline operational analytics in manufacturing, warehouses, and field service. It connects to your existing systems (ERP/WMS/MES, time clocks, maintenance logs) and turns messy daily data into a simple “shift health” view: throughput vs plan, downtime by cause, labor variance, scrap/rework, and late orders. The AI layer auto-classifies downtime notes, flags anomalies, and suggests the smallest set of actions likely to recover the shift (e.g., “Line 3 changeover running 18% long; top driver is missing kitting; fix staging checklist”). It’s brutally practical: no fancy dashboards for executives—just the metrics supervisors actually use, with alerts that trigger before the shift is lost. Expect some integration pain and imperfect data; the product wins by handling that reality, not pretending it doesn’t exist.
