ShiftQC

ShiftQC is a web + mobile quality assurance app for factories and high-volume operations that struggle with “good on day shift, bad on night shift” variability. It standardizes in-process checks with fast, role-based checklists, barcode/QR station identification, and photo evidence. The AI layer flags abnormal patterns across shifts, lines, operators, and suppliers (e.g., a defect type spikes after a tool change or at a specific hour). Supervisors get a simple “what changed” feed: recent parameter edits, maintenance events, material lot swaps, and staffing changes correlated with defect trends. It also generates lightweight CAPA tasks with due dates and accountability, without trying to replace full-blown QMS platforms. The goal is practical: reduce escapes and rework by making process drift visible quickly, using the data teams already produce but never connect.
