ShiftRecall

ShiftRecall is a web + mobile app for National Guard and Reserve units to manage recall rosters, contact trees, and accountability during short-notice activations. It replaces brittle Excel rosters and ad-hoc group texts with a controlled, auditable workflow: leaders publish a recall event, members confirm status (available, delayed, unavailable) with reason codes, and the system escalates non-responses through predefined chains. It includes role-based access (commander, 1SG/SEL, readiness NCO, team leaders), offline-capable mobile check-ins, and exportable reports for after-action reviews. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance for message drafting, duplicate contact detection, and anomaly flags (e.g., outdated phone numbers, repeated non-response patterns). It is not a magic “AI command center”; it’s a practical comms + accountability tool designed for real unit constraints and compliance needs.
