ShiftRelay
ShiftRelay is a mobile + web app (traditional with light AI) for families coordinating care across multiple helpers—siblings, neighbors, paid aides—without chaos. It centralizes a shared schedule, medication/task checklists, and a simple “proof of care” log (timestamped check-ins, notes, optional photo of pillbox or meal). The app automatically escalates when something is missed: first to the next helper, then to the primary caregiver, and finally to an emergency contact if configured. A lightweight AI layer summarizes daily notes into a concise handoff report and flags patterns like repeated missed doses or late visits. It’s designed for real life: low-tech users, unreliable availability, and caregiver burnout. It won’t replace clinical systems; it focuses on coordination and accountability at home, where most failures happen.
