ShiftSavor

ShiftSavor helps restaurants and cafes stop guessing labor. It connects to POS sales data and a simple events calendar (holidays, local games, reservations) to forecast hourly demand and recommend staffing levels by role (cashier, barista, line, runner). Managers get a weekly schedule suggestion, plus real-time alerts when sales deviate from forecast so they can cut or call in staff early. The MVP focuses on being practical: clear labor targets (hours and cost %), a lightweight schedule builder, and a post-shift report that shows what went wrong (overstaffed 2–4pm, understaffed 6–7pm). It’s a web app with a mobile companion for managers on the floor. This is a combination app: traditional scheduling + AI forecasting, not a “chatbot.”
