ShiftScout
ShiftScout helps underemployed workers document what they actually do versus what they’re paid and titled for—without turning into a vague “career coaching” app. Users log tasks, outputs, and responsibility creep in a lightweight daily flow (or import from calendars and project tools). The app converts that evidence into a concise “scope-of-work” dossier: quantified achievements, market-matched role titles, and a negotiation script tailored to the user’s industry and local job market. It also flags when the user is stuck in a dead-end pattern (e.g., repeated temporary hours, chronic schedule cuts, or duties far above title) and suggests realistic next steps: internal re-level request, targeted job applications, or side-contracting. It’s not magic—if the market is weak, it says so—but it gives users credible proof and a structured plan to escape underemployment faster.
