ShiftSentry

ShiftSentry is a mobile + desktop companion that detects “work creep” and helps you shut it down with minimal friction. It passively watches signals like after-hours email/Slack activity, calendar drift, and late-night task edits, then surfaces a simple daily boundary plan: a hard stop time, a wind-down checklist, and one-click status messages. It can auto-schedule a 15-minute shutdown block, draft a brief handoff note, and queue non-urgent replies for the next work window. The app is brutally pragmatic: it won’t pretend to fix toxic workloads, but it will give you measurable guardrails and receipts (weekly boundary score, top boundary breakers, and which teammates/time zones trigger after-hours work). For teams, it offers an optional “quiet hours” policy view that shows aggregate risk without exposing private content.
