ShiftSentry is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) for monitoring and triaging process automation runs across mixed stacks: RPA bots, scripts, cron jobs, ETL, and API workflows. It centralizes run logs, screenshots/artifacts, and key metrics, then flags anomalies like sudden duration spikes, repeated UI element failures, credential lockouts, and downstream API timeouts. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional connectors and rules handle deterministic alerts, while an LLM summarizes failures into plain-English incident briefs and suggests likely root causes based on past incidents and run context. The product focuses on the unglamorous reality: most teams don’t need “more automation,” they need fewer 2am surprises and faster recovery. It integrates with Slack/Teams and ticketing so failures become actionable, not just noisy alerts.
