ShiftServe is a mobile + web app that helps pop-ups and supper clubs fill last-minute FOH/BOH shifts with pre-vetted local workers. Hosts post a shift (role, hours, pay, dress code, location, service style), and nearby workers accept with one tap. The app handles ID verification, basic food-safety credential tracking, payout routing, and a simple rating system focused on reliability (showed up, on time, followed instructions) rather than subjective “vibes.” It also includes a lightweight run-of-show checklist so temp staff know the menu, allergies policy, and service flow before arriving. This is not glamorous: it’s a logistics tool for operators who routinely get burned by no-shows, flaky friends, and staffing agencies that are expensive and slow. Revenue comes from a per-shift fee or monthly subscription for frequent hosts.
