ShiftShield is a mobile + web workplace safety app that turns messy safety observations into fast, trackable corrective actions. Workers can capture a hazard in under 30 seconds (photo, voice note, location, category), even offline. Supervisors get an auto-generated action plan with due dates, owners, and a simple risk score, then can push it into daily pre-start briefings. The AI component summarizes trends (e.g., recurring slip hazards near bay doors) and drafts toolbox talk scripts tailored to the site and trade. It’s realistic: it won’t “predict accidents,” but it will reduce the time between noticing a hazard and fixing it, which is where most programs fail. The product lives or dies on adoption, so the UX is built for low-literacy, multilingual crews and minimal typing. Integrations are optional, not required for MVP.
