ShiftShield is a mobile + web AI-assisted evidence vault and dispute workflow for gig workers (rideshare, delivery, task apps). It automatically captures and organizes the proof platforms often “lose” or ignore: trip/order IDs, timestamps, GPS traces, screenshots, chat logs, and payout statements. When pay is missing, tips vanish, deactivations happen, or mileage is undercounted, ShiftShield generates a clean, platform-specific dispute packet and guides the worker through the right escalation path (in-app, email, arbitration notice templates). It also flags anomalies (e.g., tip clawbacks, suspicious adjustments, repeated underpayments by zone) and estimates what’s owed. This is not a new gig marketplace—those are brutally saturated and expensive to bootstrap. It’s a worker-side tool that monetizes via subscription and optional “dispute concierge” add-ons.
