ShiftShield
ShiftShield is a mobile + web app that helps hourly workers document labor-rights violations with evidence that actually holds up: schedules, clock-in/out times, break interruptions, tip pooling issues, and off-the-clock messages. Users capture “proof packets” by importing calendars, saving screenshots, and recording short incident logs with timestamps and location metadata. The app then generates a clean, exportable timeline and a jurisdiction-aware checklist (not legal advice) showing what information is missing and what to collect next. For advocates and small labor clinics, a web dashboard lets them triage cases, request missing evidence, and export standardized PDFs for complaints or intake. It’s an AI-assisted app for summarizing logs, de-duplicating evidence, and drafting concise incident narratives, but it never fabricates facts—everything links back to user-provided artifacts. Monetization is freemium for workers, paid seats for nonprofits/clinics.
