ShiftSignal is a web app (with optional mobile manager view) that connects scheduling/timekeeping data with HR outcomes to quantify how shift patterns impact absenteeism, safety incidents, overtime, and turnover. Instead of generic “engagement” dashboards, it focuses on frontline realities: consecutive nights, clopening shifts, short rest windows, last-minute changes, and understaffing. The app ingests data from common systems (e.g., UKG, ADP, Workday exports) and produces clear, defensible insights: which locations/teams are at risk, what scheduling rules are being violated, and what changes would reduce churn without increasing labor cost. It includes a lightweight experimentation module to compare interventions (e.g., minimum rest rules, capped consecutive shifts) and track results over time. This is a combination traditional analytics + AI app: AI helps detect patterns and generate recommendations, but the core value is auditable metrics and operational reporting.
