ShiftSim is a desktop + web simulation app for frontline manufacturing training: line changeovers, quality checks, downtime triage, and safety decisions. Instead of generic VR demos, it models your actual station flow (tasks, timings, constraints, common faults) and lets supervisors run scenario-based drills: “conveyor jam + missing parts + new temp worker.” The MVP focuses on 2D/3D lightweight simulation (not full physics) with scoring, replay, and coaching notes. An AI assistant helps convert SOPs and incident reports into scenarios, quizzes, and decision trees, but the core value is repeatable practice without stopping the line. Exportable performance reports support audits and continuous improvement. Realistically, you’ll win only if you narrow to a few high-frequency roles (packaging, assembly, QC) and integrate with existing training workflows.
