ShiftSnooze
ShiftSnooze is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps people with chaotic schedules recover their energy without pretending they can follow a strict sleep routine. Users enter their upcoming shifts/commitments (or import from calendar) and the app generates a realistic “recovery map”: short naps, light exposure timing, caffeine cutoffs, and wind-down blocks that fit the day they actually have. It tracks subjective fatigue (30-second check-ins) and basic sleep data from Apple Health/Google Fit, then adjusts recommendations based on what’s working. The app focuses on micro-rest: 10–25 minute resets, post-shift decompression, and “minimum viable sleep” strategies when life is messy. It also includes a simple “don’t do this now” guardrail (e.g., no caffeine after X, avoid bright light after Y) to prevent common mistakes that wreck recovery. This is an AI + traditional app: AI personalizes plans; the core experience is deterministic and reliable.
