ShiftSnooze

ShiftSnooze is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) built for shift workers whose sleep is wrecked by rotating schedules. Users import their roster (or snap a photo of it), and the app generates realistic sleep windows, light exposure cues, caffeine cutoffs, and nap timing that match their actual constraints—not an idealized 8-hour night. It includes a simple “fatigue risk” check-in before commutes and critical tasks, plus a recovery score based on consistency, sleep opportunity, and self-reported alertness. This is not a medical device and won’t pretend to diagnose; it focuses on practical behavior changes that shift workers can follow. The app also supports household coordination (quiet hours, shared alarms) to reduce conflict with partners/family. Monetization: subscription plus employer packages for hospitals, logistics, manufacturing, and public safety teams.
