ShiftSplice

ShiftSplice is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for operations teams who juggle queues of work and staff schedules across multiple sites. It combines a lightweight scheduling tool with a “work queue” layer: tasks, tickets, or jobs get prioritized, assigned, and time-boxed against real staffing capacity. The AI component forecasts near-term demand using simple signals you already have (historical volume, calendar events, weather, promos) and recommends staffing adjustments and queue throttles (e.g., pause low-priority intake, reroute to another site, extend SLA). It’s built for environments where spreadsheets and generic calendars fail: clinics, field service dispatch, repair shops, warehouses, and customer support back offices. The product focuses on fast setup: import from Google Sheets/CSV, connect to one queue source, and start generating actionable schedules and queue policies without a long implementation project.
