ShiftSprint

ShiftSprint is a mobile app for people who can’t follow gym plans because their schedule is chaotic (retail, warehouse, nurses, hospitality, gig work). Instead of generic “10k steps” goals, it builds a realistic movement plan around your actual shifts and breaks. You set your job type, typical shift length, and break rules; the app then suggests 2–6 minute “break-safe” routines (mobility, light strength, posture resets) that require no equipment and minimal sweat. It uses phone sensors to confirm you actually moved (not perfect, but good enough) and adapts difficulty based on compliance, fatigue, and time windows. It also includes “pain flags” (back, knees, wrists) to avoid aggravating movements and offers alternatives. The goal isn’t fitness influencer results—it’s consistent activity for people who are otherwise stuck sitting or standing all day.
