ShiftStack

ShiftStack is a mobile + web AI app that helps hourly workers increase income by optimizing where, when, and how they pick up shifts. Users connect their schedule and (optionally) payroll/earnings history, then the app recommends nearby employers, gig platforms, and open shifts that are likely to pay more per hour after factoring commute time, tips, surge pricing, and reliability. It also flags “hidden” income leaks like unpaid breaks, missed differentials, and overtime threshold traps. Instead of generic job boards, ShiftStack focuses on actionable weekly decisions: which shifts to take, which to swap, and what to avoid. The app can generate a simple plan (e.g., “two weekend night shifts at X, avoid Y on Tuesdays”) and track whether the user actually earned more. It’s realistic: it won’t promise raises—just better shift selection and fewer pay mistakes.
