Instead of “request and hope,” riders schedule recurring rides (e.g., Mon–Fri 6:10am pickup) with a guaranteed pickup window. Drivers opt into shift blocks in advance, earning higher reliability bonuses and reduced cancellations. The app uses demand forecasting to pre-position drivers near hospitals and industrial parks and offers simple employer-sponsored ride credits (optional) to reduce absenteeism. It’s not trying to beat Uber everywhere; it wins by being dependable in specific corridors and times. Realistically, margins are tight and operations-heavy, so the MVP should launch in one city with a few anchor employers and strict service areas, proving on-time performance before expanding.
