Employees post a shift they want to give up, set constraints (same role, same site, overtime limits), and the app automatically matches eligible coworkers and routes the best option for approval. It includes lightweight policy rules (max weekly hours, required certifications, minor labor restrictions, rest periods) and a clear audit trail for payroll and HR. Managers get a simple dashboard showing coverage risk, swap requests, and exceptions that need review—without rebuilding the entire schedule. It integrates with common scheduling/payroll systems via file import and basic APIs, focusing on “swap layer” rather than full scheduling replacement. This is a traditional app with a small AI component for match ranking and conflict detection suggestions.
