The product is not a generic HR tool: it focuses on the messy reality of storm response, rotating on-call, travel time, per diem, and multi-site dispatch. The MVP would integrate with one timekeeping system and one work-order system, then provide a “risk dashboard” for supervisors plus a mobile view for crew leads to confirm swaps and attest breaks. The goal is fewer compliance incidents, fewer grievances, and lower overtime spend without understaffing critical work.
