ShipCount

ShipCount is a web + mobile app for teams who keep missing dates because “the plan” lives in scattered docs and vague status updates. You create a launch countdown, break it into milestones, and attach concrete exit criteria (links, approvals, checklists, owners). Each milestone has a confidence meter (green/yellow/red) that’s updated by short weekly check-ins and lightweight signals (missed tasks, unresolved blockers). The app generates a single shareable timeline page for stakeholders with what changed since last update, what’s at risk, and the next two milestones—no long status meetings required. It integrates with Jira/Linear/GitHub to pull basic progress, but stays opinionated: milestones are the unit of truth, not tasks. This is not a magical predictor; it’s a disciplined, low-friction way to keep dates honest and visible.
