ShipCut

ShipCut is a web app (with optional Shopify admin embedded view) that continuously audits and optimizes parcel shipping for small-to-mid e-commerce brands. It connects to Shopify/WooCommerce plus carrier accounts (UPS/FedEx/USPS/DHL) and pulls order, package, zone, and service-level data. The app flags expensive patterns (wrong box sizes, over-declared weights, unnecessary signature/insurance, suboptimal service levels, avoidable residential surcharges) and recommends concrete fixes with projected savings. It also monitors carrier invoices for common billing errors and late-delivery refunds where applicable, then generates ready-to-submit claim packets. This is not magic: savings depend on volume and operational discipline, and carriers don’t make refunds easy. But for brands shipping hundreds to tens of thousands of parcels/month, even small percentage improvements materially impact margin. The product focuses on measurable savings, not vanity dashboards.
