ShipPayGate

ShipPayGate prevents a common, expensive checkout failure: customers paying for items that can’t actually be shipped to their address (or will arrive far later than promised). It plugs into your checkout and validates the cart against real shipping constraints—carrier serviceability, PO box rules, hazmat/battery restrictions, oversized limits, and destination-specific surcharges—before the payment is captured. If the order is risky, it offers alternatives (different shipping method, split shipment, remove restricted item) or blocks checkout with a clear explanation. This reduces cancellations, support tickets, refund churn, and negative reviews. It’s not glamorous, but it’s practical: merchants lose money when “successful payments” turn into operational failures. The product lives as a lightweight rules + carrier-API validation layer with a merchant dashboard to tune policies and see prevented loss events.
