ShipProof is a web app (with optional Shopify admin embedded UI) that verifies dropshipping supplier shipping claims using real tracking telemetry and automated anomaly detection. It pulls orders from Shopify/WooCommerce, matches them to supplier-provided tracking numbers, and continuously checks carrier scans for red flags: label-created-no-movement, recycled tracking, wrong origin country, suspicious scan gaps, and delivery exceptions that predict chargebacks. The app generates a “shipping integrity score” per supplier and per SKU, and alerts you before customers complain. It also auto-creates customer-facing update templates and internal SOP checklists so support can respond consistently. This is not a magic refund-preventer; it’s a risk radar that helps you cut bad suppliers early, reduce disputes, and protect ad accounts by improving delivery reliability metrics.
