ShipProof

ShipProof is a web app (with lightweight mobile-friendly admin) that plugs into existing no-code ecommerce stores and replaces the default checkout with a “proof-first” flow. It automatically verifies high-risk orders using address intelligence, device fingerprinting, and delivery-proof requirements (signature, photo, OTP on delivery) based on rules the merchant configures without code. The builder includes pre-made checkout templates, risk rules, and post-purchase tracking pages that can be embedded via script or hosted checkout links. It also generates dispute-ready evidence packets (timeline, tracking, customer confirmations, delivery proof) to help merchants fight chargebacks. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional integrations and rules engine, plus AI to summarize disputes, detect suspicious patterns, and recommend rule changes. The goal is not to “build another Shopify,” but to be the checkout layer that reduces losses for small merchants who can’t afford enterprise fraud tooling.
