ShipProof helps cross-border sellers win “item not received” disputes by automatically generating a standardized evidence pack for each international order. It pulls carrier tracking events, delivery scans, geo/time metadata, customs clearance milestones, and customer communication into a single, shareable PDF/URL formatted to match common marketplace and payment processor dispute requirements. The app flags high-risk shipments (long dwell time, handoff gaps, weak scan history) and prompts sellers to request better proof from carriers (signature, photo-on-delivery where available) before problems escalate. It also stores immutable logs so teams don’t scramble when a dispute hits 45 days later. This is not glamorous, but it’s practical: cross-border delivery is messy, and sellers lose money because evidence is scattered and inconsistent. ShipProof focuses on operationalizing proof, not “optimizing shipping” with vague promises.
