ShipPulse

ShipPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that reduces “Where is my order?” support load by turning shipment events into clear, branded, proactive customer messages. It connects to Shopify/WooCommerce and major carriers, normalizes tracking data, detects anomalies (stalls, misroutes, exception scans), and triggers the right action: customer SMS/email, self-serve resolution page, or an internal alert to support. Merchants get a dashboard showing WISMO volume, carrier performance, and the revenue impact of delivery issues. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional integrations and rules handle most cases, while AI generates concise, on-brand explanations and recommended next steps based on shipment context. The product is intentionally narrow: shipping communication and exception handling, not a full helpdesk or 3PL platform.
