ShipSentry
ShipSentry is a web app (with optional Slack alerts) that monitors your dropshipping orders for shipment risk and customer-facing delivery promises. It connects to Shopify and your key suppliers/agents, then watches for early warning signals: label created but no movement, repeated carrier exceptions, supplier processing time drift, and destination-specific slowdowns. When an order is likely to miss the promised window, ShipSentry recommends the least-bad action: proactive customer message, partial refund offer, replacement shipment, or cancellation before a chargeback. It also tracks which suppliers and SKUs generate the most late deliveries and disputes, so you can cut losers fast. This is not a magic “make shipping faster” tool—it’s a damage-control system that reduces refunds, chargebacks, and ad account risk by catching problems early and standardizing your response playbooks.
