ShipShield is a mobile + web app that helps shoppers document and resolve damaged or missing home/furniture deliveries. The app guides users through a structured “unboxing protocol”: timed photo/video capture, barcode/label scans, condition checklists, and automatic packaging documentation. It then generates a clean claim packet (PDF + share link) tailored to the retailer/carrier’s typical requirements, with deadlines and status tracking. For big-ticket items like sofas, tables, and appliances, the difference between a refund and a denial is often evidence quality and speed—ShipShield makes that repeatable. It also stores purchase receipts, delivery windows, and chat/email logs in one place so users don’t lose leverage. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps detect damage types, flag missing evidence, and draft concise claim messages, but the core value is the workflow and documentation discipline.
