ShipShield

ShipShield is a Shopify app (web app + Shopify admin embedded app) that reduces “item not received” disputes by generating stronger, dispute-ready delivery evidence packs. It pulls tracking events from major carriers, correlates them with order metadata, and flags high-risk shipments (e.g., apartment deliveries, repeated claims, mismatched geo, late scans). For each order, it creates a timeline: label creation, acceptance, scans, out-for-delivery, delivery confirmation, and any anomalies. When a dispute hits, ShipShield auto-compiles a PDF/ZIP evidence bundle with carrier logs, customer communications, delivery address validation, and a concise narrative tailored to the payment processor’s requirements. It also recommends operational fixes (signature required thresholds, address verification rules) based on patterns, not vibes. This is not magic: it won’t save every dispute, but it can materially improve win rates and reduce manual work for stores doing meaningful volume.
